First listings and advertiser authority are reviewed. We may contact you for supporting evidence. Listings expire after 30 days unless availability is reconfirmed. Mark a room filled immediately when it is no longer available.

Free during the pilot.

Students can post one active spare-room listing for free. Reviewed owners and managers can participate in the initial pilot without a listing fee. Paid advertising plans will only be introduced when we can demonstrate useful inquiries; prices and terms will be announced before any payment.

Students control contact. You can respond to connection requests about your property; bulk student messaging is not available. Payments for any future advertising will go directly to CollegeRooming. Rent and deposits are handled outside this service.
